At the beginning pop messages can irritate you. It was experienced that uninstallation process is little bit crappy. May be it is for the self guarding option of Kaspersky antivirus which ensures that no malicious program could force to stop it from running

  This suite is very effective, has an excellent virus rating of 97.89% and screams at you, literally when a nasty is detected during a download. The firewall is stubborn but after you tell it a rule it remembers, though sometimes it asks more then once and can be a pain in the rear end. It has a nice interface, updates often, can be configured and is full featured but I can't recommend it for newer computer users.

  this was the best but it seemed like every update made it run slower and slower. i still have several months left on the subscription but i had to find something that didn't run like a free security program. i tried the 30 trial of eset smart security, now i have shiney kaspersky box giving me dirty looks, wanting to know what see in eset.

  i chose kaspersky because my employers have used it and i thought this a good recommendation. however i cannot get it to install on my laptop and after 6 weeks and numerous interactions with helpdesk - they are very slow to respond - i have given up and bought Bullguard - great - no problems at all!
