load and leave alone. The
software has nailed 4 different
viruses and 1 malware since I
installed it in December
2007.

Technical Support seem
far more interested in
closing work tickets than
in resolving issues and
their 'LiveChat' spend a
considerable time typing
"We will be with you
momentarily", rather than
concentrating on fixing
anything.

would give this 10/10 as my
